Summary

For HUC 8 ONLY Use selected HUC to clip layers and then run frequencies on each layer. Report results to user. This model is called by the "Run HUC cumulative assessment" button in WetCAT. modified CumulativeReportAug2013 - September 2013. Modified January 2014. Soils have been preprocessed. Updated Jan 2016 for use in ArcGIS v10.3 July 2016 - Added Class 7 waters; updated to 2014 impaired waters and water quality stations. Impaired Waters have been preprocessed by HUC 12 and data is attached to HUC 12 points. Updated April 2018 (added corps permits) Updated May 2019 (added tidal marsh inventory) Updated Nov 2019 (added VDOT permits, and NC permits, updated nwi scoring using 2016 nlcd data ) Updated March 2020

Parameter Explanation
Input_Features

User drawn graphic used to select a hydrologic unit (HUC) or units for a cumulative analysis in the Wetland Condition Assessment Tool (WetCAT) viewer.
VaTechPreservation

This table returns the frequency of DEQ Permitted Preservation Sites within the selected hydrologic unit(s).
huc8_Frequency

This table returns the selected hydrologic unit(s) huc code and, if available, huc name.
Conservation_Lands_Table

This table returns the number of conservation lands within the HUC boundary.
county_FreqH8

This table returns the number of counties and the county names that intersect the selected HUC boundaries.
clippoly_TableSelectH8

This table returns the approximate area in acres of the selected boundary.
Mitigation_Bank_Frequency_Table

This table returns the number of mitigation banks within the selected HUC boundary.
Soils_Order_Frequency_Table

This table returns the soil order percent within the selected HUC boundaries. Soil order are Alfisols, Entisols, Histosols, Inceptisols, Millisols, Spodosols, Ultisols, Vertisols, Water, and Not Classified.
Soils_Hydric_Frequency_Table

A table of hydric soil percentages is returned. Soils are classified as All Hydric, Not Hydric, Partially Hydric, Water, Unknown, and Not Classified.
Soils_Drainage_Frequency_Table

Soils drainage table gives the percentage for each drainage type within the selected HC boundaries. Soil drainage is classified as Excessively Drained, Somewhat Excessively Drained, Well Drained, Moderately Well Drained, Somewhat Poorly Drained, Poorly Drained, and Very Poorly Drained.
NWI_Mean_Table

A table showing the average habitat score and percent restoration value for the nontidal wetlands selected.

StressLevel_Table

This table returns information on the stress level of the wetlands within the selected HUC boundary(s).
NWI_ClassType_Statistics_Table

This table returns the average habitat and water quality scores, and the minimum and maximum scores for all the nontidal wetlands within the selected HUC boundaries. Scores are presented by wetland class.
NWI_Score_Type_Table

This table returns the average , minimum and maximum wetland scores for the selected HUC boundaries.
ImpWtr_HUC8_Table

This table returns the number of impaired waters within the selected HUC boundaries.
VWP_Permits_Table

This table returns the frequency of DEQ General and Individual Permits within the selected hydrologic unit(s).

vpdes_clipH8_Frequency

This table returns the number of NPDES facilities within the selected HUC boundary.
wq_stations_clipH8_Freq

This table returns the number of water quality monitoring stations within the selected HUC boundary.
va_class_7_waters_Freq

This table returns the number of Class VII swamp waters within the selected HUC boundaries.
corpsPermitsFrequency

This table returns the number of US Army Corps of Engineers permits within the selected HUC boundaries.
Tidal_Marsh_Table

This table returns the percentage of tidal marsh by community type found in theselected 10-digit HUC(s).
ncPermitsHUC8Freq

This table returns the number of North Carolina permits within the selected HUC boundaries. Only NC permits within the North Carolina portion of the Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Partnership (APNEP) management boundary are examined.
VDOT_PivotTable

This table returns the number of VDOT Mitigation Site permits within the selected HUC boundaries.
